I'm submitting this story for my student Michael Duplessis of Oswego, NY. Never had a hole in one in his life. Both his knees were shot from hockey. Numerous operations. Was about ready to quit golf because of the pain. Finally decided on knee replacement surgery in late 2012. As he was considering coming back to the game, we sat and just talked golf swing for a couple hours. He was re-energized with new swing thoughts. What followed was simply amazing.

In May 2013, he travelled to Ohio to play with friends. It was there he made his first hole in one...ON A PAR 4! On the heels of that one he played at a course here locally a few weeks later and made another one on a Par 3. Not too shocking. But it gets better.

First thing this spring he wanted me to take a look. 15 minutes was all he needed. A few days later he makes another hole in one...on another Par 4! Two weeks after that, yet another hole in one...ON A PAR 4. Then in a couple more weeks, another one on a Par 3.

That is 5 hole in ones in 370 days. THREE hole in ones on Par 4's in less than a year, on less than 50 total rounds played. Add to that another double eagle on a Par 5 and two league scores of 29.

We're currently petitioning Guinness for World Record status that no one in history has made THREE hole in ones on Par 4's in less than a year's time. He actually has a waiting list of people wanting to play with him to witness a hole in one on a Par 4.
