At Spring Valley Golf Course in Milpitas, Ca. I scored my first hole in one in 39 years, on July 8, 2014. Hit a 6 iron from 150 yards. Hit it to the left side of the green, it slopes left to right. We saw it disappear but thought it went off the back of the green. When we could not find the ball, I asked one of my playing partners, "just for the hell of it, look in the hole". And there is was!!! I finally have that monkey off my back.
