The day after returning from the Bahamas, I played at Holly Hills Country Club in Ijamsville, MD. Was having a rough day shooting 5 over on the front side. But I started the back with a nice birdie, then a par on 11. The 12th hole is 138 yds by the card, although I had 131 to the middle with my SkyCaddie and a fellow competitor had 140 to the pin with his laser. Pin was cut just behind the front right bunker. Took a good swing through the ball and caught it nicely. It carried the bunker, hit about a foot to the left of the pin and bounced in. I was doing my best Kuch imitation about picking up the tee before the ball lands and I just caught it when it landed and saw it bounced. My first impression, as it disappeared was that my view was hidden by the crest before the hole, but my fellow competitors confirmed right away that it went in. Finished the back nine at 1 under par and a total of 76. Used a #3 NXT Tour S ball through the entire round.
