Hole-in-One! Hole-in One!

Hole-in-One! Hole-in One!

Hole 3 - I pull a ball from the cart ball holder, just one of the balls my husband has found on our home golf course, a Titleist, Pro V1. Then I grab my lucky 7 iron. Its 79 yards out, over the water to the white flag. I tee up my ball, look out over the water and say to myself, "If I go for the flag I won't go into the water." The swing and hit feel great. The ball hit the green to the front left of the hole and I thought, "Great, I'll be putting for birdie." My girlfriends, Carm & Teresa, were yelling "Go in the hole! Go in the hole!" I leaned down to pick up my tee just as the ball went in the hole so I didn't see it drop. They were jumping up and down shouting, "Hole in One! Hole in One!" It was a great day on hole #3 at The Vineyard at Escondido. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face all day.
