Technology innovation for your game: NXT Tour and NXT Tour S

At Titleist, we know how much golfers put into their games. When players tee up a Titleist golf ball, they expect consistency, distance, short-game performance, soft feel and quality. But most of all, they want to shoot lower scores.

In January, we introduced the new NXT Tour and NXT Tour S golf balls. Let's explore the technology behind the advanced features of these high performance golf balls, which in turn, helps golfers achieve their goals on the course.

NXT Tour golf balls deliver low driver and long iron spin for outstanding distance and shot stopping control.

The construction of NXT Tour features a new dual core that is 66 percent larger. This results in decreasing spin on long game shots and providing longer distance on tee shots and with irons.

At the exterior, NXT Tour features a fast Fusablend cover, providing soft feel with excellent shot stopping control so you can take advantage of your short game. All of these features are complemented by a dimple pattern that provides consistent ball flight for golfers in all conditions.

For golfers looking for a high performing golf ball with significantly softer feel, look no further than the NXT Tour S. Titleist golf ball R&D created a new core, its softest ever created for NXT Tour S, providing noticeably softer feel and very low spin on your long game shots for great distance.

Also new to the NXT Tour S is a redesigned Fusablend cover, which is softer for feel around the green and the shot-stopping control you want on approach shots.

To compare the two golf balls, NXT Tour delivers longer distance with a higher flight, while NXT Tour S provides significantly softer feel. Watch the video below to take a closer look under the hood of NXT Tour and NXT Tour S.
