In this week's Titleist Tip from the Tour, we asked Pro V1x loyalist Bubba Watson to help us with one of the most common ailments in golf - the slice.

As Bubba told us, to cure a big slice it's important to start the club away from the ball on the proper path. But ball position is also a big key.

"Put the ball in the front of your stance," Bubba says. "This will give your hands time to rotate over, so that you you don't leave the shot out to the weak side." (This would be the right side for a right-handed golfer.)

Check out Bubba's video and see if his tip can help you to square the club face at impact, a critical fundamental for driving the ball straighter and farther. Good luck in your next round!

This week, in its fourth year the CIMB Classic welcomes 78 of the best players in the world to Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club, including the top 60 available players from the 2013 final FedExCup Points list.

For the participating members of the PGA Tour, the 2013 edition of this event marks the first time official FedExCup points are up for grabs as part of the newly aligned 2013-2014 PGA Tour season.

And among the 78 players teeing it up this week, 49 players in the field will rely on a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x, more than five times the nearest competitor with 9, and more than all other competitors combined.

Titleist is also the top choice this week in the irons (22), and the sand, lob and approach wedge (71) categories.

Check out the slideshow above to see some of the images from the week as Titleist Brand Ambassadors Jimmy Walker, Brendon deJonge, Marc Leishman, and Bill Haas were joined by Pro V1x loyalists Ryan Moore, Richard H Lee, and Aaron Baddeley (to name a few) in trusting their Titleist golf ball in Malaysia.

Get out this weekend and take advantage of the remaining fall weather by playing golf with your friends or family, and be sure to finish your swing in balance and fix your ball marks on the green for the groups behind you!

Make no mistake, the thought of executing a long iron shot can make your palms sweat more than usual. And when the shot demands a long carry with your Titleist golf ball that will drop and stop near the pin, you probably wish you could use a lifeline and ask a tour pro for some help.

Duf to the rescue!

In this week's tip, we learn that Titleist Brand Ambassador Jason Dufner trusts his Titleist 913H 19° hybrid to flight his Pro V1 golf ball high and soft into a guarded green.

In the video above, Jason stresses to not change your mindset or swing to hit this shot. Instead he advises you to, "Let the club do the work."

Click play up above to find out the rest of Jason's strategy for hitting it close on those long approach shots, and hopefully you will hit more greens in your next round.

The new PGA Tour 2013 - 2014 season is underway and Team Titleist is back on the scene to bring you all the action from inside the ropes this year. First stop, CordeValle Golf Club for the Frys.Com Open.

In 2012, Pro V1x loyalist Jonas Blixt entered the winner's circle here for the first time in his career. Looking back, that victory fueled a solid season that included his second career victory at the Greenbrier Classic and a deep run in the FedExCup playoffs.

With the new setup for the fall series, a win at CordeValle would mean a head start on the playoff race and the first invitation of the season to the 2014 Masters.

And for the 132 players looking to start the new season with a victory, 83 players will put their trust in a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x, more than five times the nearest competitor with 16, and more than all other competitors combined.

Titleist is also the top choice in the irons (33), sand, lob and approach wedge (131) and putter (42) categories.

The Titleist Tour Trailer opened its doors early Monday and the team was ready to get back to business for the new season. Cameras in hand, the Team Titleist staff got an early start on the range among the scenic foothills of Northern California to capture the action as a number of Titleist golf ball loyalists and Brand Ambassadors kicked off their 2013 -2014 campaigns.

In the slideshow above, enjoy the photos of Titleist Brand Ambassadors Jimmy Walker, Brendan Steele, John Peterson, Chesson Hedley, Andrew Loupe, and Andrew Thomas (to name a few) taken before play began on Thursday.

Once you've taken a look, set your sights on posting some low scores of your own this weekend!
