Who has been to a golf club recently and taken one of our Trial Sets out?  We have more than 400 venues across the UK and Ireland that have the Trial Centres in shop to allow every golfer to Trial the Advanced Performance of Titleist Golf Clubs.  The sets include 913 Metals, a set of AP1 or AP2 irons, and a selection of Vokey SM5 wedges.  Would love to hear your thoughts.

    Regards,

    Chris

Hi Chris I seen the AP1 trial set at my club County Meath three weeks ago, after one round I got booked into the Titleist fitting centre at Carton House, just waiting (patiently) for my custom set to arrive. Great idea Titleist :)

  3. hi titleist is there a list of the golf clubs that are trial centres looking for some new irons but im torn between 3 different shafts  so a trial centre would be a great idea

I can recommend JS Golf Services at Verulam Golf Club in St Albans. Joel is great and very welcoming.

  13. Hi Chris, would love to try a trial centre but I cant get any location details for Ireland. I have tried to open the link provided but it comes up blank and when I try the search option on the website nothing comes up for Ireland, Dublin or Meath. Any chance you could provide a list in Dublin or Meath. Thanks so much. Colin

    Hi Colin,

Please find below a list of Trial Centre Accounts around the Dublin / Meath area:

Titleist National Fitting Centre at the GUI Academy at Carton House

    Kilcock GC

    Royal Tara GC

    County Meath GC

    Hope this helps,

    Chris

  15. I contacted my nearest participant in the scheme but they didn't seem to understand what I was talking about and instead invited me to come alone for a custom fitting - bit disappointing really. If the participant is driving range, as this was, are you allowed to take the clubs away if a deposit is left? I can't really see the point in driving ranges accepting this bags for use on the range only.

At this time I'm really on the fence about changing my 15+ yr old irons and don't really want to pay for custom fitting unless I'm sure I will be upgrading. Not sure how to move forward at this point!

    Hi Rob,

It will really depend on the venue as to whether they will allow you to take the clubs away from their shop.  However, I would always recommend getting fitted for your clubs to make sure you are maximising the full potential of what those clubs can do for your swing.

    Regards,

    Chris
