Just want to say how impressed I was with your fitting guy at The London Golf Show on the Sunday who fitted me for the 913D2 Driver. Very knowledgable, knew exactly what custom shaft would suit me, and the numbers supported it, (still can't believe the differences in feel in shafts,) just an overall frinedly guy who came across very well for your company, he's a credit to you.
On a disappointing note, received the driver today, to find little marks (nicks) on the top of the club, a nick on the face, right in the sweet spot (I don't know whether this is done when testing the head?) and frayed sticthes on the headcover, just putting a dampner on the new arrival. I wont kick up a fuss because the marks are small (annoying though that I know their there!!) and i've waited long enough for the driver to arrive and too excited, so I'll let a slide, although I will send in some photos to you for you to look at.

In respect of the marks on your driver, I would talk to your retailer about returning the club for review / inspection, as it would be unusual for a marked or damaged club to pass QA inspection.
I was at the London golf show on the Friday and had a custom fit for the D3 driver by a gentleman called Jack. I am now looking for a full custom fit and was wondering what was the best way to get another fit with him
