I have played the SC Newport 2.5 Studio Style for the past 10 years and consider putting the strongest part of my game without question. I have been considering one of the new putters because of having a heavier head weight and possibly holding the line a lot more. Is anyone playing a new Scotty that also had an older model? What are your thoughts?

John, the new 2016 line of Cameron's are amazing. I just bought the M2 Mallet and I freaking LOVE IT! I have Cameron putters going back 12 years, but the best way to go is find out where you can roll all the putters and find the one you love. Keep us posted and roll them well, John!
  3. I have both, many models in fact. That being said, the weight in the current model is slightly heavier but it also has sole weights you can change so that is not a factor to me. I would say the overall appearance and top line are more substantial which look better to me. Thus, I would consider upgrading without question....IMHO

I'm a lefty and I like several of the new models, but all be one say they only come in right hand. I would like to know if Scotty intends to make any of the other models for left handed golfers.

i have tried different types of scotty and alway come back to the newport two model as it fits my eye length is correct. i have two i don't play with as they are older mint models i have collected for myself. i know here in vegas one of the golf shops offers fitting for scotty putters and I'm sure other golf stores offer same so i would also look into that as well.
