Did you shoot your lowest score ever? Win an early season tournament? Break 80 for the first time? Make a hole-in-one? Get up-and-down from a seemingly impossible lie?

We'd love to hear about your experiences and success stories while playing the New Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls. Even if you're still waiting to hit the highlight reels this season, we would still appreciate your feedback.

So feel free to share your stories on how the new golf ball is already helping you shoot lower scores. We're looking forward to reading them!

Don’t forget to post an action shot of you on the course if you have one. And who knows, your story might end up in one of our ads…

I shot a 69 in the first round of the Idaho State Junior golf tournament and was tied for the lead after the first day as a 14 year old using my ProV1X golf ball, 905R Driver, AP2 irons, and Vokey Wedges.

shot my life's lowest round(64) with a new pro v1 4 weeks ago, and 2 months ago I made a hole in one on a 409 yard long par 4 dogleg right, of course I used a new Pro v1 for that amazing experience :D

Mike, I have played the pro v1 since they were introduced. The new pro v1x has helpd my game tremendously. I shot the lowest round of my life with this ball, a 67. They are simply amazing. They are far superior to the callaway tour iS ball in all aspects of the game. Longer drives closer wedge shots. SIMPLY AMAZING!

Recently I received a sleeve of both Pro V1 and Pro V1x balls in the mail, the newer balls have had such great reviews, and after hitting both I played a round with my brother on my home course.  The day started off good going Par and Par on the first two holes, the driver was working great with the new Pro V1x and my D3...as the round got better paring the next three holes, I was starting to feel the pressure.  My brother said "5 pars in a row, you have a solid round going, but you have a lot of pressure...next hole I missed the approach, chipped up and two putted for boggy.  I than made birdie on the next two wholes and par the remainder and was looking great.  The ProV1x was awesome off the tee both for driver and irons on par 3's.  I have noticed the ball has much more bounce and on approach shots and short par 3's the ball is one bounce and stop!

As we turned the corner my brother again announced, no pressure but your having the round of your life.. I just smiled and hit a drive 280 right down the right side...position A on number 10.  I missed the green, chipped up and made par...than went boggy, boggy  but than found my rythum and went par with looks at birdie all the way to 17...I was looking at the best round to date, two holes to go, I am 2 over on Par 72....if I par the next two holes I will have the best round ever...but as it was I made mental mistakes and made boggy on the next two holes...ending with a 76, tying my best round shot just two weeks prior.  The ProV1x ball carried me through and was great...my brother kept putting the pressure on, but the ball, my most important piece of equipment never let me down...thanks Titleist and ProV1x

  7. I got a hole in one at Capital City Club in Fulton county GA. I watched tw win the ATT championship back in 2004 on the same course..and he DIDNT get a hole in one. So i can say i got a hole in one on a hole that tw didnt!! not many people can say that! still got the ProV1 in my ball case to this day! I also got an albatross on a par 5 from about 245yds out with a 3 wood. i just couldnt bring myself to leave that part out! and it was a DTsolo so both of my trophy balls are Titleist!!

I am a player for the switzerland point middle school golf team and we were playing against a rival school when on the 9th green at Palencia, par 5 , i got unlucky and hit a poor seven iron to the green and was on the back side. The green was all sloping down and to the left hard. i had all my teammates tell me to putt my next shot but that wasn't what i wanted to do so i hit my chip and, BOOM! i nailed it right in to save par and shoot a 43. that is my great moment with the new Titleist Pro V1.

Hi there. I just wanted to let you know that I recently changed to the Titleist Pro V1X golf ball because I read on your golf ball fitting page on your site that said slower swing speed players can benefit from a Pro V1. Wow! Straighter on all shots, great feel and feedback, (especially off the putter face), amazing distance and superb spin! I also tried the Pro V1, but it had too much long game spin for me, and therefore significantly increased my slight draw off the tee, which I don't like as I prefer a slight draw, the feel off the putter face was far too soft for me. I like a slightly firmer feel than the Pro V1, and the Pro V1X is perfect for me. I'm Benjamin Hegan and I'm proud to say that Iplay the Titleist Pro V1X. Thanks Titleist for making the best ball in golf and helping me immensely to shoot lower scores, keep it up. Thank you very much Titleist, you are the best brand in golf, in my opinion! Thanks, Benjamin Hegan (off 24 handicap), Northern Ireland.

  13. I just turned 24 and have been playing since I was about 11.  Golf has been always been a journey for me. I have played the Titleist NXT for what seems like ages.  This past weekend I was playing with a friend at Keith Hills CC in Buies Creek, NC.  I decided that I was going to play a round for the first time with the Pro V1x.  I had heard so many great things for so many years and my swing was coming around so I decided to give it a go.  On the 3rd hole I had 170 to a pin that was tucked in the back right corner.  The ball took two bounces and rolled in for my first ace!  Looks like I'm a Pro V1xer for life now...Here's a picture of my ball in the bottom of the cup!

  14. On Friday April 8th 2011, I rearranged my morning schedule to catch a quick nine with a buddy at a local city course. We attempted  to get on the regular course but was met with a large (already disgruntled) golfing scene. After careful deliberation, considering getting held up or being pushed, we decided on the more vacant executive nine. Approaching the first tee, I felt somewhat shortchanged but the feeling quickly faded as I stabbed the wet grass with a golf ball toothpick and placed my Titleist Pro V1 on its pedestal. We started off pretty good, great second shots also. "Okay, feeling good", I said to myself, "Good start, just keep it up". I had no idea what was lurking just a few holes away. Par on the first (par 4), par on the 2nd (par 3), bogey on the 3rd (par 5). Stepping up to the 4th tee box, as I look back, was definitely surreal. 120yd par 3, 10-12 mph left to right breeze with a large dip of trees right in front. I armed myself with my PW, took several slow practice swings, and lined up to the ball. The next few seconds are hard to remember because the only thing I was thinking when I pushed the club back ever so smoothly (like church music) was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Crisped it! Slight fade, riding the breeze. Mr. Pro V1 makes an appearance on the front edge of the green like a red carpet affair! I did not try to put backspin on it so the ever so faithful ball bounces twice, then from my vantage point the ball appeared to stop. I later realized it did that because the flag stick was white and the ball was directly on line with it. I began to see it unfolding. The ball kept rolling towards the hole, so I did not yell "get in the hole" because I didn't want to scare the ball out of the cup. I ever so casually whispered "get in the hole" like whispering a juicy secret to a friend and the ball disappeared from our line of sight! The next few minutes were met with hootin' and hollerin', hat and glasses in the air along with the club (I later apologized to my trusty PW). I did not expect it and to this day cannot wipe the smile of my face. My only hole in one! I cannot explain the euphoria associated with such a tremendous feat. I have the post shot 22 second video and will try to upload. Thank you Mr. ProV1. You have earned your retirement!

On the Par 3 11th hole, I got as lucky as we can ever get with a hole in one.  You can see the picture of my ball in the hole, which is a ProV1X  #2 as usual, as my photo for Hayden G  on Team Titleist page.

I went out and bought a sleeve of Pro V1's and actually held some greens!!!! What a ball. Great job Titleist!

  18. I have used the prov1 balls for over a year and the only problem that i have even noticed was that sometimes the balls would come with deffections on them which bummed me out bacause it had to affect the preformance. I was woundering if anybody new where to go to tell titleist.

Best (looking) shot of my life-

I was laid up about 75 yards on a big green with a back to front slope.  There was water short, and nasty rough on the back side of the green.  I knew I had more yards in the club than I needed, but with the predictable spin of the Pro V1 I tried to pull off a heck of a shot.  I pulled out my Vokey 60* and hit it pure right over the pin.  It landed all the way on the back tier of the green and then pulled the string.  It spun back about 30 yards and just lipped out of the cup on the way back stopping about 3 feet of the cup.  It would have been better if it went in, but I have to say that it was thrilling to hit one "like the pros".

during one of my first tournaments of the year i had a poor tee shot on a 184 yard par 3. about 15 yards left of the green. i had to get up and over a bunker, 5 feet of rough and had about 3 feet of green to work with. immediately pulled out my 60* Vokey lob wedge and popped it up, landed perfectly, bounced once and went in the whole.the best shot i ever hit with the best ball on the planet, Titleist pro v1x!!

    Mike,

I am the golf pro at Rock Creek Golf Club Texas. I have been playing the Titleist ball since the 80's. I was on the testing board for the new ball and while I was testing the ball I made my 5th hole in one at our course all of them with members. Three of them are on par 4's. The new Titleist ball is longer less spin off the driver, more controlled spin from the fairway and around the green. Most important is putting not to soft or hard off the face just perfect. Thank you for all Titleist has done for me and look forward for many more years! The last hole in one was with the new titleist Pro V and was 368yds. AMAZING BALL!!!!!

Mike, I play in Florida for the winter at Fiddlesticks CC. I love playing Pro V 1 golf balls but because I am not the best golfer and considering the cost of losing a ball I reserve them for tournament play. In Feb your reps were at our club to help us find our best ball for our game. I told them my story and was taken back when your rep asked why I don't want to score well every time I play. I realized he was right and have since been using the prov1x. This year I won the ladies Senior and Club Championships. I am now sold on scoring my best  every time I play and the prov1x  helps me do that. I am playing better and actually lose less golf balls.

I am a junior at a local club and play off 18. I wen't on a holiday as i do every year to spain, and the first round there from 40 yards i chipped in for birdie. The group on the next tee saw my shot and were amazed. The next day i did it again. But this time it was on a longer par 4 the first was on a 330 yard par 4 the second 410.

i hope you enjoyed my story.

    Hi Mike,

I played the New Pro V1 during our club's Wednesday night scramble last week -- drove it on two par 4's (289 and 297 yards respectively -- a bit of tail wind on the second). Since I just turned 56, I'm now considered a senior in the group so I get to play from the "old man" tees. One benefit from growing older...

Anyway, it's the best ball I've seen from Titleist - and I've been a loyalist since I played on our high school team in the early '70s. By the way I also attended a "ball fitting" by one of the competition and the ProV1 is/was still the best ball for me.

Congratulations to the entire Titleist team. Please keep up the great work.

    Dale

My name is Bruce Fay. I'm 61 years old. I've been playing golf off and on since I was 14 and have played countless rounds on many courses all over the USA and Australia. On Saturday April 30, 2011, I finally made my first Hole-In-One ever. I hit a hybrid 4-iron into the wind on a slightly uphill 174 yard par 3 on my home course (Wanumetonomy Golf & Country Club in Middletown, RI). The ball hit three feet in front of the hole and bounced into the cup. The ball I used is a PRO V1X and it's the only ball I play.

My name is Gerry Veydt, and I have been a member of Hayfields Country Club in Hunt Valley, Maryland since it's opening in 1998.  I began taking lessons in the fall of 2010 from Gary Marlowe, a retired PGA touring pro, in the hopes of getting my handicap to the low teens from its current 18.  Gary is a die hard titelist fan and would not consider using anything but Titleist equipment.  It probably doesn't hurt that his father-in-law is the CEO of Ashcunet, either.

In any event, I had my first hole-in-one a couple of years ago on the 11th hole at Hayfields.  Coincident with the start of my lessons in the fall of 2010, I have had 3 additional aces on holes #8, 11 and 14 at Hayfields.  When and if I get one on hole #3, I will be the first person in the history of the club to have an ace on all 4 par 3's.

Gary tells me that it is not his instruction that has resulted in a trio of aces within 12 months, but rather, the titleist equipment he has convinced me to play.  As much as I love my new 910 D2 driver and the Pro V1, I still think his lessons are responsible for this freakish success.

    Mike..
I have been a Titleist ball user since I started playing 48 years ago. I remember going to Pebble Beach where the Pro accepted a dozen of new Titleist golf balls in lieu of cash for the green fee. I don't remember anything about the round other than learning the value of that box of Titleist balls.
Recently I joined a couple of good friends for my birthday round of golf at the Bayonet Black Horse course in Seaside Ca where on the 4th hole, 176 yards, had my very first hole in one using a Titleist Prov-1x.  Even more meaningful was the fact that my daughter had given me the ball as a birthday present. She later told me that she told my wife that she was going to by a box of balls for me and asked what brand. My wife made a few calls to my golfing buddies and then told my daughter "don't buy anything other than Titleist ProV-1x for dad he won't use anything else".
    Regards to the Titleist Team..
