Hey Team Titleist what are the stock shafts going to be in the new 913 heads?

The new shafts we will be offering are the:

+White 72, +Blue62, RIP Alpha 60, RIP Phenom 70 and the Bassara W.  All shafts, except the W will be original OEM shafts.

The new plus shafts have better feel with torque to flex matching so they will have bend profiles similar to the Ahina 70 and Kai'li 60 with torque and feel more similar to the original White board and Blue board.  These are new shafts that Mitsubishi has introduced on Tour earlier this summer and players such as Kyle Stanley, Bud Cauley and others have already put them in play.

2 questions.First, if i were to order a Titelist Kai'Li 65 reg shaft from my authorized dealer for my 910 D3, how long will it take. Second, when will the new shafts for the 913 be available and have they been tested with the 910 driver.

    Thanks.

    Tim,

If you ordered the shaft only Kai'li 65 reg flex today, then it would ship Monday (Aug. 6th).  Also, the newer stock shafts have not been tested in the 910s and won't be available for the 910s until the launch of the 913 in November.

    Cathi and Cameron -

Thanks for the info on the shafts.  Can't wait to hit the new 913 with the new Diamana options.  Glad to hear they are going back to the feel of the old Blue board.

    Cathi,

Will shaft weights get heavier as you move down through the woods into the hybrids? So say a 15* 3w shaft would be a +white 82?

Both +White and +Blue will be original OEM shafts as well as the RIP Alpha and Phenom.

Are the new Diamana+ shafts going to be the actual diamana shafts or the made for Titleist watered down shafts?

They will be the actual Mitsubishi after market version.

OK lets do this again without the tricky word play.

Are the Mitsubishi shafts going to be the exact same shaft (D+) as the Mitsubishi shafts that you can purchase and put in any club?  Or are they different in flex and torque?  For example, if I bought a R11s with an upgraded D+ will it be the same one that comes standard in the 913?

I don't really see any high launch options on this list. Didn't we get a MFT Ilima choice with the 910's?

Is it possible to buy AP2 712 Head Only (no shafts) 3-PW

  18. will the graphite design blue bullet be an option? it is a great shaft option

  19. I currently have the D3 913, with the Stiff blue 62+ 5cxt, I feel that the shaft is whippy around the head is theere a shaft that is still stiff but not as whippy.

    Thanks

Hi Mike, I am a Titleist fitter in Calgary, Canada.

Yes there are shaft options that would feel more stable but still be stiff options. You might want to try the Diamana White + in 62 or even 72 or my favorite the Aldila RIP 60 stiff. The RIP in particular seems to feel really good to most players but can really help someone who needs more shaft stability at impact.
