Since the new 913D2 has a slight draw-bias, my question is:

Is the standard A1 setting still going to have 0.5 degree open face or is it going to have a closed face angle?

    Thanks,

    Philip

The standard face angle on all 910's and the new 913's is .5 open.  The 910D2 and the 913D2 are very slightly draw biased, meaning that you will be able to draw the ball easier than with the 910D3 or the 913 D3 due to the CG point being a little further back in the clubhead.  We are creating draw bias with the CG point and not with face angle.

The 910 D2 driver's CG was a little further back and up, which means that the 913 D2 is less draw biased and has less spin than the 910 D2, so along with stability and forgiveness, you should see more distance in the 913.

The 913 D2 and D3 have similar launch and spin so that your choice comes down to size, shape, forgiveness and draw bias.
