I need a new set of irons and was thinking about the new 712 CB's. Any thoughts?

I currently do not have them(yet), but I have hit them a bunch at the range and they are sweet. Make sure that you get fit for them at a titleist fitting. If you are going to spend the money on these great irons, you might as well do it right and get fitted for them.
I never did get fit when I bought my 910D3 driver. Thankfully there is a titleist fitting next Saturday and I allready have an appointment to get properly fit. I feel like a kid in a lego store....

I have hit the mb712 and the cb712 and they are both excellent irons,They look basically the same at address. If you feel confident in your ball striking you should definitely go with the cb or mb, and also the Titleist ap2 712's are great.

Any 712 series are exceptional, what is your handicap, have you ever used a forged iron before, i play the AP2 712 i have a much truer ball flight , more control, exceptional iron out of the rough, more distance, i switched over from the cally X22, and am i glad i did best decision iv ever made in irons, good Luck Mike
Hey Carl,
I am a 4 Handicap. I used to have the miz MX 300 but decided to make the switch to Titleist to match the rest of my clubs. I used the CB's yesterday at my local golf shop and I really liked them so I think that is what I am leaning towards. Thanks Carl
