How much is the up charge for the tour ad di shafts for a custom 913D3? The catalog with the custom listings only says up charge, no price listed.
And also, does anyone know why the titleist knit headcovers are not on the website?

I am sure it is different everywhere, but I have never seen an upcharge less than 300. It is usually more than that
