I found this site called www.cheapgolfclubs18.com and they are offering very good deals for Titleist clubs. I just want to make sure if the Titleist clubs they sell are authorized clubs or not. Thank you.
We have some good information on counterfeit clubs on our website: http://www.titleist.com/customerservice/counterfeit.asp You can also check to see if an account is an authorized account by going to our website: www.titleist.com and at the top right hand side it will say "Golf Shop Locator".

My personal opinion would be that the clubs are fake since I had the same situation earlier with a different site and the clubs ended up being shipped from China and the people that worked there weren't very helpful so we got our money back. I'm not telling you not to do it but try and do some research on the sight and anyway you probably don't want to take the risk if the club's prices are too good to be true because "you get what you pay for".
I read through your counterfeit site and still don't know if the clubs found on Discountgolfclubs.com or golfclubs365.com are legit. Is there any other way to know if they are knockoffs?
Here is the club they show online. It looks just like the real deal. How can you tell if its not?
Hi Jason -
Discountgolfclubs.com and golfclubs365.com are not Authorized Titleist dealers. To ensure you purchase legitimate Titleist products, always buy from an Authorized Titleist dealer. See Cathi's earlier note for the link...

There is no doubt in my mind that the first site listed sells counterfeit products. I would go with the advice above and never ever buy from a dealer that isn't authorized by Titleist. If you think it might be too good to be true, I have no doubt it is.
Store locator does not work for Europe. How do I find one in or near Basel Switzerland?
Go to www.fittingworks.com and look at International. It does bring up Switzerland, but not Basel in particular. I am not certain how close these cities are to Basel. http://www.fittingworks.com/FindaFitter.aspx?Selected_country=CH&tab=5&submit.x=42&submit.y=3
i just got a set of 710 cb irons and they have the serial number on all clubs as well. but my question is, is the serial number supposed to be 5 characters or 7? Mine have 2 numbers with 3 letters. i just want to make sure i got an authentic set of clubs. or is it that if you order custom clubs do they shorten the serial number since its goes on all the irons. any help is appreciated. Andy
If you purchased them from an authorized Titleist retailer, you should be fine. Custom clubs will have a 5 digit serial number (with numbers and letters) on all clubs.
