I'll assume my AP1s with AD65 A-flex shafts came at some standard swing weight of D2 (D1-D3). If I had gotten them with the Dynaflex Gold R300, would the heads have been the same weight? Do you have a lighter "graphite" head to keep the swing weight the same between the 65 g and 110 g shafts?
Golf and fitness lessons/ have been changing my head speed, and if I need to move from the A-flex, I'd like to know options to reshaft in graphite or metal, or if I'll need to get a different set of irons to move to metal. The cost of reshafting even with the AD 65 in an R-flex may also be more effective to trade for a newer set.
Don,
The head weights would have been lighter if you had a Dynamic Gold steel shaft originally built with the clubs. If you do decide to have those clubs re-shafted, we will do what we can t try to swing weight the clubs back to a standard swing weight. The only way to do this is to work with the tip inserts that are used in our shafts.
