Is the 14.25* setting (D3) more open on the 13.5* club than the 14.25* setting (D2) 15* club?

Same for the Hybrids in overlapping lofts?

D3 is .5* closed face and +1.5* lie angle   D2 is 1.5* open face and  +1.5* lie angle.  Depends on what type of ball flight you prefer.

Assuming that +1.5* is the correct lie angle, D2 will give a fade and D3 will give straight or small draw.

I use C3 on my 27H and I hit a dead straight shot (this is the same face angle as D3).  I use A3 on my 19F and hit it dead straight or maybe a small draw.  The 27H is 1/2" shorter than stock and the 19F is 1"shorter than stock (I've established 38.5" and 60.5* lie angle on my 5H for ages and 60.25 is pretty close; my fairway wood length has been 41" and 59.5* lie angle since I played modified TM for awhile).  I also have my AP1s +1/2* lie angle and -1/2" shaft length.  These all work with my upright swing.
