I am looking at getting a 915 H for my bag.  I have the 915 D2 driver, 904 F 3W and 5W, 21 degree 585 H that i am looking to replace, 910 H 27 degree, then 714 AP2's 6-9 irons, Vokey wedges, and a Cameron putter.  I am at the point where I upgrade piece by piece.  Is there anyone that has used the 915 H 24 degree?  I am going to be at a golfsmith this weekend and want to have all my questions in place when I get there.  Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.  Thank You in advance!

The 915H comes in a 27* loft and if you have been playing a 910H 27* why are you wanting to replace it with more less loft.   The 24* degree is equivalent to a four iron and the 27* would be your five iron equivalent.     I play a 913h 24* loft and love it and then my irons start at a 714 AP2 5-PW, 2 VOKEY WEDGES......just curious.....

Forgot to mention I do play my 24* a little strong....I have it set at 23.25*......with my five iron being set at 26*....then I have other hybrids.......19.50* (915h)......16.25* (913h).......and to finish off the upper end........14.25 (913F)....10.25  (915D).... it makes a workable set for me.......I do love my Titleist set up......why not stay with the loft you are familiar with and you can always change to loft if you like to tinker.....

  4. I agree with Chuck...I play a 915H 24 degree for a 4 iron replacement and a 18 degree for the next step in my gapping ... they work fantastic!  I also like the look and feel a lot!

Sorry Chuck, I wasn't looking at replacing my 27 degree, I was looking at adding the 24 to replace a different 21 degree club. I now have since purchased the 24 degree (set at 23 degree) and it is just the club I was looking for. I filled the gap between my 5W and the 27H perfectly. I only have 6-9 irons in my bag accompanied by my Vokey wedges. Brian F

Brian, glad you are enjoying the 24.  I love mine and it really fills the gap.  Hope I did not confuse us......

I have had the 913H 24/27 for 4/5I. Then a 910F 21 and a 913F 15 dialed to 16.5. Just got the 915H 21. Longer, higher, and more consistent that the 910F 21. I can see how the 915H 24 can fit between your 910H 27 and a 5W. In 913H, you might have had to use the 21 to accomplish the same thing. The 910F 7W has been the mainstay of my Titleist clubs. The king is dead - long live the king.

I have 6-9 AP1 and the 24/27. The 24 and 27 at the D4 LH (A1-RH) setting have about a 12 yard gap which works for me. In my case my next is a 21F. The 24H can be 23.75 to 25.5 and the 21H can be 20.25 to 22.5 degrees. If you can check your gaps with the 27H and 5W, then whichever 21/24H fills your gap, go for it.

Brian, I have all four 915 hybrids and totally love them. These things are amazing! Straight, high and easy to hit. I use the 914 MBs 6-pw with PXi 5.0 shafts. I am also seeing my drives go 20 yards further this year with the 915 D2 (10.5 deg) set at A1 setting. I used the 913 D2 (10.5 deg) last year and suspect I was getting too much spin. I switched out the Diamana red shaft that I was fitted for and installed a 47.75" Aldila Green NV 55-S shaft. This causes me to swing slightly flatter and wow this thing bombs compared to last year! You won't go wrong with any of the 915 hybrids.

    Brian,

I don't have a 915H 24*, but I do have 913 21* & 24* hybrids.  I love them both.  I will usually carry one or the other depending on the course, although there are times when I bring them both and drop my 5 wood.  My 913 24* is easy to hit and gets the ball up up really nice.  I can use it on shots from the 170 - 200 yd range.  From what I've read and heard the 915H's are even longer.  Since you are looking at replacing your 21* 585H with a 24* 915, I don't think you can go wrong.

    Best of luck,

    Barry
