I read on here that Titleist offers a once a year service to originl owners of iron sets, 1 free loft and lie check and adjustmet a year.

Just curious what the average current turn around time is on this process?

    Thanks!! Ryan

  2. Hi Rymail00,

Typical turnaround time is about four business days once they're received.

Chris, can you provide more details on how to rake advantage oh this service?
  4. Hi Corey,

You set this up through your local authorized Titleist retailer. Have them contact our warranty/ repair department at they will take care of the rest.

I would go one step further with this process and go to a fitter to verify the lofts and lie angles to your swing rather than just a spec. Just my opinion.

Actually the specs that my clubs are being set back to are the originl specs that I had ordred them at, not Titleist stock specs.

You'd be surprised how much your loft and lie will be changed over a year of pounding the ball and ground

    Hey guys!

Well I got my clubs back today. It took about 2-2.5 weeks. I'm not sure the shipping of the shipping used by Dick's Sporting Goods (i'm guessing they shipped them the cheapest and slowest method), but the total cost was only $15, which is unbelievably cheap, especially for all the work that was done.

I originally was thinking the whole process took quite a bit of time, BUT the work done was more than expected. I honestly thought it was just ship them out, throw them on the lie/loft machine, check specs, adjust if needed, boom 7-10 minutes of checking specs and then box them out and send them back. The worksheet that came back shows that they actually pulled the heads, re-apoxied the heads and then set them to my deired specs. Definitely a bit more work than expected went in this free service. Plus it's our off season so it's not like I truely needed them back really quick anyways.

So inconclusion, I'd say definitely take full advatange of the service if your the orignal owner of the irons/wedges. You can't go wrong.

    All and all
