  1. I recently purchased a titleist t-rex 8 iron. I did research and it looks to be very rare. I really like it, but it is extremely small. I am thinking about replacing the shaft and grip with a golf pride tour velvet grip and a TT lite shaft. The 8 iron's shaft and grip I was fitted into measured about 28 inches. The golf pride grip and the TT lite shaft measure to about 31. Should I replace the shaft and grip or not?

    Ps: I use a uskg 60'' set

In 1996-1998, we produced a junior set called a T-Rex.  Here are some of the details

Lightweight aluminum driver and 3 wood are designed with oversize heads to make it easier to contact the ball as well as providing greater confidence at address. Like the metal woods, the irons are oversized with a larger sweetspot for greater accuracy and more confidence. The T-Rex putter is well balanced with a sightline to promote a smooth stroke. A miniature Titleist T-Rex bag is included with the starter set.

Starter Set for Ages 5-7 included: 3 wood, 6 iron, 8 iron, PW and putter. MSRP $175
Starter Set for Ages 8-10 included: Driver, 3 wood, 6 iron, 8 iron, PW and putter. $200
