A quick testimonial on the value of a full bag fitting. I've previously been fitted for 910F with the Ihilana shatt. I've been looking for a 27 910H R shaft and found a good deal on one that was never picked up but was 1.5 longer than std. It swung easy at that length, but went into a sharp hook at the end. Choked down the 1.5 inches and it was extremely straight and distance reliable. The 5 iron will be held in reserve.
We have one more week left in Wisconsin, so I have to remember to choke down until I can get it cut.

Somehow I hit the send key too soon. Can attest to that. Sometimes you arrive at that magic length and lie angle where you can pick the ball cleanly with a full grip and choke all the way down the handle and still hit it straight with no loss of balance. It also fits your natural swing path. I'm a bit of a tinkerer when it comes to golf clubs.
I shortened my 52-12 to 35 1/4" - that made it a no contest between it and the 54-14 for various approach shots and the bunker performance was equal.
I also set my 910F 19* at 41" and my 910H 21* at 39" with D3 Surefit setting and with a Winn Lite Dri Tac grip. Both are A flex but because they are 1" shorter than stock, they don't feel whippy and have a nice feel. My 27* is regular flex and I have the length -1/2" with D3 setting and it works perfect. I was hitting some nice practice golf shots at the park over the weekend with the two longer clubs.
I was absolutely ripping them with the 19 fairway today at the driving range (they had grass at Adm Baker today) and going beyond the 200 sign.
