From my experience the fitting process is very similar with irons and woods.  For my irons, I was fitted for the proper shaft, length, lie, and grip size.... for my driver I was fitted for mainly the shaft and head degree.  What is important to look at is the flight characteristics that you have and what you are trying to achieve.  Pay attention to spin, launch angle, and ball speed. I don't know if you bought the irons already but if you havent getting fit into the right shaft is key

You bet they do! Driver fitting is in my opinion just as important as iron fitting. If you can't get the ball in play off the tee, it doesn't matter how good you are with your irons.

A good fitter will help you get the most out of your driver, and fairways too. It is worth the time.

There are a number of factors, but if they have the clubheads and shafts you ordered it usually takes 3-5 days to build the clubs.  Shipping varies with where you are in the US, the East Coast is about 7 days.
