I've played a 60.04 SM wedge my entire life in basically every condition (wet, dry, firm, soft, etc) and find any more bounce to be too much bounce. I can hit flops from short, firm fairways and fluffy bunkers. My handicap atm is a +2 so I don't need any bounce for conditions when "normal" golfers do.
So, I looked at the TVD line and see the 60 wedge only comes in 8* bounce. The M grind is known to be very versatile for most golfers as it allows them to hit shots they otherwise couldn't. In my case I can already hit these shots so I'm wondering if there are any other benefits of the TVD line over the normal SM line. In particular, whether one has greater feel since the TVD line is forged (correct me if I'm wrong on that please). I have great feel already but any edge at my level of play from an equipment standpoint would be very beneficial to going lower.
Thanks for your replies.

Ryan CryslerHi Daniel!
The TVDs are not forged but have the similar soft and favorite feel you've come to expect with Vokey Wedges.
The TVD 60 is unique in design, and in my opinion, quite optimal for a sliding style of play...which sounds like you. However, you may find the sole to be too wide... The new 60.04 may be the best option.
Have you found a favorite local Titleist professional that has these wedges? If the professional doesn't, their local rep may have a selection you can try.
