Deciding between the 915 D2 and D3 and what shaft to use

    I feel like my driving ability is right in between these two clubs. I am a 3 handicap and have a swing speed of 124. I usually hit it pretty square on the face, but there is still the mishit every once in awhile. Any help would be appreciated.

    Craig, From my experience of having a 913D3 and now a 915D2, for my game the difference was huge. You can shape the ball either way with either club but the D3 is obviously a bit smaller being at 440cc's vs the D2 which is 460. I gained distance and accuracy and noticed a big difference with the yardage with mishits with the D2. In terms of shafts, get custom fit and they can make a solid recommendation as to what shaft will be best for your game. Switching to the 915D2 has truly made a positive difference for my game.     Craig, Your swing speed is very high, so I would definitely get on a launch monitor if you can. That'll get you the best feedback as far as launch angle and spin rate. Then it is only a matter of your preference. May take some time, but it'll be worth it!

    I appreciate the feedback. I went and hit on the launch monitor And decided to go with the D2, the rogue shaft x stiff tipped, very excited for it to come in!
