    Hey there,

I'm currently in China and just bought the 716 AP2's and absolutely love them. I now have a beautiful 3 yard draw.

I really wanted the the Dynamic Gold S200's but they weren't available where I am soo, I got the NS 950 Pro S.

I read another thread and Cathi mentioned that because of the lighter shaft, and slightly thinner (lighter) grip, the swing weight is is D1 I think.

I'm wondering, I really want to put Winn Dri-tacs onto these as I love the feel and don't like to wear a glove, (I have to say, the Tour Velvets that are on there are shredding my hand) so if I go with the Dri-tacs, what will be the swing weight?

Lastly, these irons launch sky-high for me (and to paraphrase David Feherety from the really old Microsoft Golf game..) "They sit down like an old dog next the fire"

    Thanks for any info...

  2. Hi Bryn,

The Winn DriTac weighs 2 grams less than our stock .600 core iron grip, so the swing weight change will be negligible. If it changes at all it would be less than 1/2 a point.

The high launch could be a product of the light weight shafts, so we would encourage you to work with your local Titleist fitter when you return to ensure you are playing the best clubs for your game.

Thanks a lot Chris T. I've been on a very "pedestrian" simulator here just to see my numbers as far as ball speed and launch angle, but after telling me that when I pure my 7 iron it's going 161 yards. Something's not right.
If it turns out that the shafting isn't right for me, can you give me a ball park how much it would be to reshaft?

    Thanks again Chris, much appreciated.
