  1. Can anyone tell me if Titleist authorized online dealers?  Do these guys usually have a physical shop as well.  I'm trying to see if online products can be trustworthy.

    Xi,

We don't have any online only retailers.  Every authorized Titleist online retailer must have a store front location.  If you have any questions regarding an online retailer, feel free to contact us at 1-888-TITLEIST.

  3. If you buy online please beware... I bought a set of vokey wedges and later found out they were FAKE!!! I wish titleist and other companies would go after these people who are right here in america selling fake stuff and robbing their customers.

    Hi Jason,

Sorry to hear of your experience. As you can imagine, we take this topic very seriously and as a company, we vigorously protect our intellectual property. Please be assured that we investigate all leads in this type of illegal activity and will take appropriate action against the sellers.

In addition, we are actively involved in industry-wide efforts combatting counterfeit products including the U.S. Golf Manufacturers Anti-Counterfeiting Working Group (www.keepgolfreal.com).

You can check out their site to learn more about our fight against counterfeit products. And here is a link to our brand protection page that highlights our security label program: http://www.titleist.com/security-label-program/

    All the best,

    Mike

I have heard of others with the same results that you had. I can only feel regret for you, but I have found that the best way, and probably the only way is to buy from a Pro Shop or a recognized retailer. While you might pay alittle more, the product received is genuine.

Again, sorry you were taken by conterfeit goods.

You can get good deals on close outs online (from the bigger guys like golf locker) but I have found by starting a relationship with a local club pro you can get your Titleist and footjoy stuff at great prices.

Well said - I think players have forgotten about their local pro because they are not able to advertise like the big stores.

By far the best way to go!

  9. I agree , I now belong to a private course, and they are authorized titleist dealers and really give some good deals.

My small local proshop has given me better deals than any online retailer. Build a relationship with them and they will take care of you.
