I think Titleist is missing out on a huge market by not having a line of shirts. I know they are available for all Titleist staff members, but I think there is a great market for them. The Footjoy line is getting a little better, but it is not the same as a nice shirt with Titleist on the sleeve. Am I the only one who feels this way?

  2. I too, wish that I could get my hands on a Titleist "Tour" shirt! If I can remember correctly, "Titleist" used to make shirts/vest, etc., a few years ago. I have a couple of F&G shirts with the Titleist/FJ logos, but some new ones would be super nice!

I agree....many of us would like to show our loyalty with a Titleist shirt.  Tour players get the Peter Millar's (which will not be sold to the public) . So as long as these are in production anyway, why NOT make them available ??  I'm sure Titleist has sound reasons for not having apparel, but makes no sense to me concerning the Millar's !!

Both of the Scotty Cameron Polos I have are Peter Millar.  Very nice shirts.

I manage the golf shop at a private club and I have had many members ask me why they can not get Titleist shirts. I am at a very small mid-level club and our members would buy them. The average golfer may not be willing to pay for Peter Millar shirts, but a good quality shirt at a resonable price would sell great in any golf shop or golf retailer out there. Taylormade and Nike have done great by being able to offer clubs and apparel to their loyal customers. Titleist could run circles around both of them if they just had shirts. No need to have a full line of clothing, they have footjoy to cover outerwear and shoes for them.

I agree with all the comments.  The Titleist staffers look good on TV.  Titleist brand loyalists would like to be decked out in Titleist / FJ stuff.  If we can't play like pros, at least we could dress like them.  :)

I like that Blue PM shirt.  Good looking out!  I wish Titleist would make more of these (maybe drop the price 20 bucks or so)

Amen! I would love to have both titleist golf wear and work out shirts with the logo. Golf has brought fitness into the fold why not have a fitness lime as well?

I've got two polos, straight from the early 90's that I rock.  People are always asking where I got them (ebay).  I also own several Scotty Cameron Polos, and a 1/4 sweatshirt.  All of the SC items have Titleist on them.

So yes I agree, some nice polos, sweatshirts, or even T shirts would be a huge hit.

Couldn't agree more.  I would love to have some Titleist golf shirts for the course (or even t-shirts for wearing around).  Maybe some Team Titleist shirts could be given away???

Titleist doesn't have to come out with an entire clothing collection. Just some shirts for the loyal. I have been buyin Titleists balls since the '70's and clubs for the past 15 years. That includes Vokey's and Scotty's Putters.

I have a black polo "titleist" golf shirt.  My favorite.  All black with "titleist" in white letters on the left side.  So somebody was selling those shirts.

I found a few on Ebay but come on! They are going for over $80-100/Each! I love Titleist but that is too steep for a shirt. What is the reason they do not make these more available? I have thought abiut having them custom embroidered but they probably would sue!

A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THE CHECK MARK BRANDS AND WOULD GO NUTS IF THEY COULD BUY TITLEIST POLOS.

SELL ME ONE WITH TITLEIST ON THE SLEEVE AND COLLAR AND WATCH ME SELL YOU 10 MORE IN A WEEK.

I agree.  I have owned Titleist shirts in the past and liked them very much.  I play Titleist golf balls, have a Titleist golf bad and wear Titleist hats; I would also like to wear Titleist shirts.

How about something better?  Acushnet owns FootJoy too.  They are making some of the best quality golf apparel on the market.  The polos are amazing, the pants and shorts look classy and perform excellent.  Not to mention the merino sweaters and other layering options with beats, pullovers etc.

if you haven't tried you should.  I used to wear swoosh, under amour, Peter Millar, Polo Golf, etc.  now?  Only FJ head to toe

Excellent idea Josh - I've ordered several FJ shirts through our golf shop that have the FJ tour collar and Titleist on the sleeve. You may even be able to get the TT or BV logo on the chest.

They would be nice to wear and rep TT! The FJ ones with Titleist on the sleeve and FJ on the collar are pretty slick too.

Roughly 20 years ago, Titleist did sell polo's and other items such as sweaters and vest.  They chose to discontinue their clothing line and we as Titleist fans and players have been asking for their return ever since.

In the mid to late 1980's Titleist sold soft goods with their logo, mostly cotton goods in shirts, sweaters etc. I think most were made by Corbin which was a leading manufacturer of men's wear at the time. At some point their strategy must have changed and the offering went away. Not surprising as their sales force still had the leading ball, great clubs, and great accessories as their stake in the markets. Seems to me that with the offering that Foot-Joy has, a Titleist logoed product sold through Foot-Joy representation would have big-time appeal for all of us Titleist fans. No need to change the manufacturer (FJ is good stuff), just add the logo and rock the line! They already sell shoes, FJ clothing, and rainwear, so if their FJ coverage is wide enough, some of us fans could find the Titleist logo somewhere. Besides I'm getting tired of Adidas and swoosh being about all that's offered widely. No swoosh in my closet............ever.
