  1. I have been doing some online shopping for clubs and was wondering if golfonlinewholesale.com is a legitimate website to buy Titleist equipment from? They have online golf experts to chat with and all their clubs have serial numbers on them. I just want to make sure I am not buying counterfeit products. Thanks for the help.

Hi Phillip, Thanks for the question and for checking in with us. The website, golfonlinewholesale.com, is not an authorized Titleist retailer.

Mike, I spoke with one of the "live agents" after reading this post. I have included the chat history as well. I don't know off the top of my head what you would be able to do with this, but I thought it may help. Thanks again for taking care of all us TT members out there and giving us accurate information.

Hello, welcome to consult, may I help you?
    Me 09:05:27
i was curious, i see that all your new titleist clubs are remarkably low priced. are you an authorized titleist dealer?
    Nicole-Tracking Service 09:06:00
Yes, we are an authorized dealer
    Me 09:07:01
so, all of your new titleist clubs have the authentication sticker, have an authentic serial number, and are made in the usa?
    Nicole-Tracking Service 09:07:22
Correct, they are made in USA.
    Me 09:07:49
what about the authentication sticker and authentic serial number(s)
    Nicole-Tracking Service 09:08:17
    Our clubs have them
    Me 09:08:25
also, how can are you able to sell these titleist clubs so cheap?
    Nicole-Tracking Service 09:08:34
There are two reasons for the low prices: 1. We get the clubs directly from the factories, no middle agents, which saves our cost a lot. 2. We have to offer better price, in order to develop worldwide market.
    Me 09:08:57
ok, thank you very much for your time and info

Does this look familiar, www.golfstoreorder.com I suspect they have purchased a list of e-mail addresses of people interested in golf and then e-mail them with offers. If you receive such an e-mail just add it to your blocked senders list. They try and give the impression they are based in the USA but I doubt this very much and I also doubt they are an authorized Titleist dealer!

Mike, i received my 712 AP2 irons yesterday at my golf shop, they were still in a Titleist box, but the grips weren't what I had ordered and they were not wrapped in plastic. Previous irons that I have ordered they were wrapped. Is this not done anymore? And not sure the error that occurred in the wrong grips.

Steven, I have seen that a number of new sets of irons do not have the plastic on the grips. These are usually out of the Custom Shop. The only new sets I have seen with plastic are stock irons. I would not be worried if the grips are not wrapped. If your shop is an authorized Titleist dealer, then I think that they can check to be sure that they ordered the correct grips for you.

    Hi Rick,

This site is not an authorized Titleist retailer. Here is a link to our golf shop locator: http://www.titleist.com/find-a-golf-shop/

  14. I was wondering if golffordiscount.com is a authentic wholesaler like they claim?

    Hi Adam,

This site is not an authorized Titleist golf shop. Keep in mind, if you see a deal that seems too good to be true then it probably is. Here is some more information on how to spot counterfeits and what to do if you believe you may have purchased counterfeit products:

You know that website sells fakes right?  Unless you think that there's a website that exists that sells product at 50% below dealer cost.
