Premium Stand Bag

Is there a way to convert the premim stand bag to a single strap system instead of the current double strap system? Also, what are the d-rings on either side of the ball pocket for? I thought they might have something to do with the strap system.

I did mean the single d-ring above the accessory pocket and not the d-rings the current straps are on.
