I had a little issue with my Titleist golf bag and sent a note to the Customer Service folks at Titleist. As a result  I was introduced to Donna who works in Customer Service (I now refer to her as the Queen of TCS). Long story short she took ownership of the issue and drove it to closure....seamless experience. So I wanted to thank her yet again! Also, this experience solidifies to me  Titleist's deep devotion to their customer base. Thanks Titleist !

I just have to jump in here. I also had an issue with a new Titleist bag and followed the normal email process. In about 15 minutes Donna C. called my cell phone and took ownership of solving the problem. Talk about exceeding expectations!!! One of my best friends is a retired Titleist rep and through him I have met many within the Titleist and Footjoy companies. They are "best in class" and will really step up if you have any issues with service. Makes me glad I go all the way back to "Club Special" days! Terry
