  1. I bought a 3 wood last year and about a week later my bag fell over and the shaft shattered. I was wondering if it was possible to purchase a replacement of if there was a warrantee issue to get a replacement?

    Thanks.

Warranty does not cover accidental breakage. Good news is that you can find lots of replacement shafts on eBay or at resale shops like 2ndswing.com. Sorry for your loss but hopefully you find the exact match you need. You can also order through a Titleist dealer and get a brand new shaft. They will quote you the price and you can decide whether to go new or used.

Having confessed to abuse, unlikely Titleist would replace it as a manufacturing defect.

But yes, any authorized dealer can order a replacement.

    Ouch - that hurts!
Not sure if warrantee applies there, but can probably pick up a new shaft from a local retailer vs trying to get from Titleist.
    Good luck!

I would take the shaft back to where you purchased the club and have them send it to Titleist for a replacement shaft. One of our foursome after an unfortunate incident recently was able to get his png driver shaft replaced by having the pro shop send it to png.

Recommend you check with the Titleist account where you purchased the three wood regarding a replacement shaft. Most likely at your expense. Most likely that was another manufacturer's shaft. You would probably need to contact regarding the shaft shattering. But it sounds like it was not because of a faulty product.

Contact the warranty & repair department at 800-742-7609 M-F 9:00-5:00 EST and see what they can do to help. I find that Titleist tries to do whatever they can to help. Worse case, it’s not covered and you just need a new shaft made. eBay has plenty of vendors that can make a driver shaft to your exact specifications, and you can save a ton if you buy a used shaft, but definitely check the warranty department first. If it’s in that first year, you might be in luck
  8. Doesn’t hurt to call. The worst answer you will get is a no.
