    I recently switched to a set of 714 cb's with gp tour velvet corded and tour issue x100's and have found a lot of success, what irons are you guys currently gaming or have had success with?

    714 AP2s, XP95 S300 shafts with GolfPride MC Midsize grips, Vokey SM4 50.08 and SM5 56.10 wedges. Moved up from 2008 AP2s Project X 5.5 stiff. Love the new model.

    Right now, 712mb's, but I'm looking to move to the AP2's, either the 714's or the 716's when they come out. Probably have to do something about my wedges before then, however, as it's definitely time to replace the older ones from another brand with some new Vokeys. (Retirement and a fixed income limit what I can get approved by the CFO in my household.)

    712 AP2's 4-9 kbs tour stiff with 46 52 56 vokey's, 712 AP1 3 iron.... yabadabadoo....can't wait for the season.   Going to start hitting balls at the local dome in the next couple weeks...

    I played AP2's for 3 years and changed to AP1's last year. As an older golfer, I was looking for a higher ball flight and a bit more distance. I got that from the switch. Having  a 6 foot two son with a one handicap, this forced this 60 year old to look to technology to keep up. I'm in Alberta and the son is in Saskatchewan and our only game last year was in Regina. I beat him on 18 with a tough boggy putt for a 73 and he shot 74.

    Funny! I am sixty eight and at 65 I switched to forged irons and the best decision I made in my game. Playing to a solid nine handicap now. Love the feel of the AP2s and I do love the high flight with the XP 95 S300 shafts. When I bought the 714s I moved from the Project X 5.5. Titleist irons, priceless.

    Back to the MB's for me. I bought a set of AP2's, standard loft/lie, from a retailer in Tampa. I've had a horrible time with them from the time I opened the box. The lie angles are atrocious, all over the place. After spending an additional $200 to get them adjusted to spec, I threw in the towel. MB's are 20 years old, shot 70 yesterday....LOL

    714 MB's (PW-6) iron 5.0 PXi.  2,3,4,5 714 H hybrids (Diamana red R). Train with Tour Striker Pro X. Makes the blades  feel like forgiving clubs. Pro V1 X

    Currently playing the 714 AP2s with KBS C-Tapers (3-PW) I custom ordered and Vokey SM4s in 52* and 56* (to go along with my 915 Driver, 3 wood, Hybrid and Cameron putter).  I know there is a new version of the AP2s expected to come out around November of this year, but these are hard to beat!  More great products from the #1 company in golf!

    712 CB irons, 3-PW.  Got the Dynamic Gold S300 shaft, best fit for me when I got them, probably gonna get S400 next time around..  Have the GP tour velvet grips on em.  Them MB's are screamin my name tho.

    I am hitting the 714 AP1 iron with XP95 shaft in R300 flex, 1/2" long with a 4 degree upright stance.  I love these irons and I have seen major improvement in my game since I got them last summer.  Now to get my woods game lined out and I will be ready for the pro tour.  hahahaha
