Current Turnaround Time on Special Orders

Good morning.  Just ordered some new irons last week.  Standards grips and stock shaft but with length and lie adjustments.  Has anyone put in a similar order recently and can give me an idea of how long it took them to get them from Titleist?

So geeked up to get these irons!

Thanks,

Ben

As long as everything is in stock, custom clubs take about 2-3 days to ship.  Depending on where you are located, shipping time varies between 1-5 days.

My ap1s which were hard steps steel shafts took 9 days to deliver to Ohio.

Ben M; Looks like you may be in Nebraska. I'm in Springfield, Missouri, and I ordered my 712AP1's with everything standard, and it took 5 days to get them.

Norris,

DId my avatar give me away?  :)  Thanks for the info.  I placed my order on 4/8 and I believe Titleist received the order on 4/9 or 4/10.  I'm hoping for the end of this week and your comment makes me even more hopeful.  It'd be great to be able to get out and hit them after work Friday afternoon.

Ben, It's funny that you mention your give away since I could not for the life of me remember what you call that little picture next to your name (avatar) because I was going to mention it in my reply since I thought it might give you an Idea about your wait time since I live in Missouri, just one state away from you. The head Pro at the Pro Shop where I bought my AP1's said for me to figure 7-10 days wait, so he and I were both suprised when they came in in only 5 days. Your's might take a day or 2 more since they may have to customize your's some, but then again, mine came from Calif. so your a little closer, so you should start looking for your new treasures any day now. You'll probably have them by the time you read this, and I'm sure you'll enjoy them as much as I enjoy mine.  Let us know when you get them, and how their working for you.  Norris:

Great news...the irons arrived at the golf shop this morning!!!  712 CB 3-6, 712 MB 7-PW with DG S300, +1/2" and 2 deg. upright.  Too bad it's 34 and rain/snowing in Omaha!  Nice work on getting these out, Titleist!  Cannot wait to get on the course Friday and Saturday!

Glad to hear that you got them Ben. Only problem I had when I got my new AP1's was, when I took them out of the box, they looked so good that I didn't want to play them because I was affraid I'd put a scratch on them, (like the first scratch on a new car), but that feeling passed pretty quickly. Let us know how they work for you.  Norris:

I know the feeling...after playing with them once, you notice every little scrape, ding, and scratch that comes with playing a new set of irons.  I played my first 18 with them yesterday and I am absolutely in love with the set.  79 in the wind from tips...feeling very good about this set of irons.

Great to hear Ben. Sounds like a great first time score, and you can look forward to the fact that the longer you play them the better you'll get with them. Enjoy your new clubs, and light up some of those Nebraska courses with your new Titleist clubs.  Norris:
