After 30 plus years I finally holed one! I was golfing with a friend in Naples Florida on Good Friday when we came up to #15, a 129 yard, par 3. My good friend hit first, hit the flag stick and the ball ended up approximately 5 feet from the pin. He went back to the cart and was texting another friend about his close shot. I teed up and hit my shot. The tee shot was over a moderate bush which did not allow you to see the flag stick. I knew I hit a good shot and stepped to my left to see the ball hit the green jus short and left of the pin about 3-4 feet. I watched as the ball released and rolled into the cup! I turned to my friend, who was still texting and simply said, "it's in the jar!". Ironically, one of the other two gent,mean we were playing with put his shot about 2 feet from the pin! I shot a round of 79. It was truly a "Good Friday".
