June 20th 2014 is a day I'll never forget, I may not know my kids or grandkids birthdays, but I'll remember this day. Par 3 Hole #6 at Crooked Creek Golf Club in Clay Center Nebraska. Playing in a tournament with 7 others in my group. Wind in my face from 145 yards out with the cup on a side hill. Hit a 6 hybrid that hit 4 feet from the cup and rolled in. A couple of guys went crazy, but I couldn't believe my eyes. The ball just disappeared. Tried to stay calm until I got to the green. The others stayed back until I found the ball in the cup. Best part of it all, it paid $1000. To tell the truth, I'd been just excited with the hole in one and no money.
