This is great. Knowing how the Tour players set up their equipment is fascinating. Also, it is good to know that Titleist's representatives are so diligent.
Please show more of the equipment used to modify and build clubs in the Tour Van.
Cheers

This blog is great. I've checked it everyday since I discovered it. Keep the updates coming! A lot of these types of sites fizzle as the amount of new posts slows to a crawl. I hope that doesn't happen here as I'm really diggin' it.

This has to be the best idea Titleist has had yet. Would like to see more pictures of the players, the tour van, and equipment. Keep up the good work!

Welcome to the world of golf blogs! Good luck and keep it coming.

Thanks for a great blog! This is a site I'm going to spend a lot of time on!
Any chance you can get Scotty Cameron to stop in for a visit?
JET wrote on March 26, 2007 at 12:03AM
Thanks for your enthusiasm regarding both Titleist and our new blog. As you can imagine, Scotty has a lot going on over at his Putter Studio which keeps him from going out on Tour as much as he would like. ScottyCameron.com does a fantastic job of providing updates on what's happening on Tour with Scotty Cameron by Titleist putters and also what Scotty is up to at the Studio. Be sure to check it out.

Great Job Titleist. The new site is fuel for the faithful. Can't wait to see the new drivers, too - when will they be available?
JET wrote on March 27, 2007 at 2:03PM
The new 907 drivers have begun shipping, and should start to appear in Authorized Titleist Golf Shops soon.

Love the blog, keep up the good work!
Love the blog, this is awesome for all Titleist aficionados. How long will custom orders on the 907D2 take from an authorized golf shop?
JET wrote on March 27, 2007 at 5:03PM
Turnaround time for custom orders depends upon both the availability of components and the production capacity at our assembly facility at the time the order is placed, but generally runs from three to 20 business days. Our outstanding Customer Service team will be able to give your authorized golf shop a more specific timeframe when you place your custom order.

We recommed that you visit an Authorized Titleist FittingWorks Partner with launch monitor capabilities to determine the correct specs for your new 907D1 driver. The 907D1 product page lists all of our stock and custom shaft options. Currently, the Grafalloy Epic is not offered.

Speaking of the 907 line, and all other things being equal, what type of ball flight change(s) would I expect from the 907D1 as opposed to my current setup: 905S, 9.5°, 45" length with an Aldila NV 65-S shaft? My driver S/S is approx. 112-113 mph...I'd like to bring my trajectory up a bit, as my home course's fairways are very undulating and with a boring trajectory and 35-40 yards of roll, even well-struck tee shots bound into the rough regularly. Thanks.
PS - Will Grafalloy's new EPIC shaft be available as a custom selection for the 907 line?
When will you have Project X Flighted shafts available through custom? Also Aldila VS Proto 95 Hybrids?

Our R&D department is constantly testing shafts for potential inclusion in both our stock and custom shaft matrixes. Be sure to visit Titleist.com or FittingWorks.com for a complete listing of offered stock and custom shafts.

Great idea, great site. I am a Titleist/Scotty guy through and through and will pass on the site address to everyone. Thanks for the replies and the updates.
