Titleist Brand Ambassador Scott Strange rallied on the back nine to post a final round 4-under 68 at the Volvo China Open, securing a one-stroke victory. Strange began his final round four strokes off the pace, but three back-nine birdies gave him the winning total of 8-under 280. It marks the second career victory for Strange, who won first time at last year's Celtic Manor Wales Open.

Titleist was the most played golf ball at The Volvo China Open with 105 players (68%), compared to 24 for the nearest competitor. The win was the ninth by Titleist golf ball loyalists on the 2009 European Tour, three times more than the nearest competitor with 3.
