That's the first we've heard of such an issues. A couple suggestions:
1. Clear your caches (history, cookies etc) on your computer.
2. Make sure you're entering through Titleist.ca/TeamTitleist . Titleist.com and Titleist.ca are run separately. Of course, .ca is intended for Canadian members.

Thanks for the response Mitch. I was not the only one that was having issues.......but they have been corrected. I had not cleared cache or made anyother changes. I hope the next time I hear from you is when I recieve my new towel. Thanks again for your offers,
