Update to Delivery Timelines
Acushnet Company has recently established updated guidelines in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) which will affect current lead times for orders placed on Titleist.com.
We are pleased to report that as of May 18, and in accordance with the Massachusetts government, we have reopened operations at our golf ball facilities under strict safety guidelines. At this time, the production of all golf ball orders have resumed and will follow the estimated lead times below.
As production rates return to normal, our estimated lead times will continue to be updated. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
When Will My Order Ship?
Stock Golf Balls (Golf Balls without Text or Logo)
- All orders of stock, non-customized golf balls will ship within 10-15 business days.
Custom Golf Balls (Golf Balls with Text and/or Logo)
- All orders of custom golf balls (golf balls with text and/or logo) will ship within 28 business days.
Golf Gear (Golf Bags, Hats, Headcovers, Accessories and Travel Gear)
- All golf gear items will ship within 2 business days or less.
Personalized Golf Hats (Hats with Embroidered Text)
- All personalized golf hats items will ship within 10 days or less.
