2025 Team Titleist T-Series Irons Sweepstakes – Official Rules
THIS 2025 TEAM T-SERIES IRONS SWEEPSTAKES (THIS “Sweepstakes”) IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY. DO NOT ENTER, AND YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER, THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF ANY OF THE 50 STATES IN THE U.S. OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT TIME OF ENTRY.
1. OFFICIAL RULES: By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”).2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning the prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes.
3. TO ENTER: Visit the http://www.titleist.com/team-titleist-t-series-sweepstakes-2025 and complete the initial entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per entrant. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an “entrant” shall consist of an individual, together with his/her/their family or household with a valid household mailing address and valid e-mail address. If multiple entries are received from a single entrant, all such entries will be void. Incomplete entries are void.
By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, publish, and share the entry (including photo submission) in marketing materials, including without limitation on Sponsor’s social media channels, email communications, and website, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
4. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are both: (a) legal residents of any of the 50 states in the United States of America or the District of Columbia; and (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (each at the time of entry). Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and/or household members of each are not eligible.
5. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: This Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on October 1, 2025, and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be submitted (electronically timestamped) during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
6. PRIZE DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: A random drawing to win the Prizes (as defined below) will be held on or about November 5, 2025. Three (3) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. In no event will more than one Prize be awarded to a single entrant.
7. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: All entries submitted via Instagram or the Submission Thread shall become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries submitted to an official retail partner become the property of such retail partner and will not be returned.
8. NO RESPONSIBILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any computer system, or technical malfunction of any telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, program malfunctions or other errors, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and randomly award the prize from among all eligible entries prior to action taken by Sponsor should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the security, administration or other operation of the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated end of the Sweepstakes Period, notice will be posted at http://www.titleist.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “authorized account holder” in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the “Eligibility” section of these Official Rules. “Authorized Holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
9. PRIZES: Three (3) prize packages (each a “Prize”) with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one thousand six hundred and sixty-four ($1,660.00) will be awarded. Each Prize consists of the following:
- One (1) Iron fitting with a local Titleist Product Specialist – ARV: $100
- One (1) Custom 7-piece 2025 T-series Iron Set – ARV: $1,505
- One (1) Dozen Team Titleist Pro V1 golf balls – ARV: $55
The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is four thousand nine hundred ninety-two dollars ($4,980.00). Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should featured Prizes become unavailable. All taxes on Prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
10. PRIZE WINNERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen (14) days of the date prize notification is emailed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, the Prize winners consent to the use of his/her/their name, photo, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER: Entrants waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this Sweepstakes. Prize winners release Sponsor, its directors, employees and agents including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and or use or misuse of the Prize.
12. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes shall only be construed and evaluated according to law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws and submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of such laws. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
13. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped legal-size envelope by December 5, 2025 to: “2025 Team Titleist T-Series Sweepstakes” c/o Acushnet Company, 333 Bridge Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail.
