Hear From the Experts: Lucas Bro

For over twelve years, Lucas Bro has played a key role at Titleist helping shape it’s fitting and methodology practices. In 2013 Lucas joined the Titleist club fitting team through the mobile fitting van program based on the East Coast. Bringing tour level fittings to local markets, the program quickly gained notoriety and paved the way to broaden Titleist’s fitting network. In 2016 he came to the Titleist Performance Institute to help build a consumer program centered around giving world class, tour level club fittings.

In 2023 he took over as Supervisor at the Titleist Performance Institute, leading a team of expert fitters who are industry leaders at their craft. Lucas approaches his fittings with a deep understanding of Trackman technology and a TPI fitness background to provide a complete picture of how equipment affects performance. He is TPI Level 3 certified in Bio-Mechanics, Golf, Fitness, Junior, and Medical.

Lucas grew up in Rockford, MI with a wide range of interests including playing basketball, golf and the drums. As a teen he took a deep interest in music and technology and decided to study Audio Engineering and pursued a career in the music industry playing drums professionally. After some time living that dream, he realized his heart was in golf and took on an assistant golf professional role in West Michigan.

Lucas takes immense pride in connecting with players daily and helping them get better through their equipment; all while working for the best brand in golf.
