What is the format?
"2-Person Best Ball" is a format comprised of two golfers. Those two golfers play their own golf balls throughout and the lower score between them on each hole counts as the team score.
The group will be broken down into smaller flights to help ensure golfers play with other golfers of similar ability.
Do I need a GHIN Number?
A valid GHIN number must be provided to participate in the competitive element of the event. You may still attend and play in the event without a GHIN number, however you will only qualify for Gross.
Are Caddies Required?
Yes, all players will be required to take a caddy. Caddie rates is $140 per 18 holes and payable in cash on the day of play.
Carts are not available, this course is walking only.
What if my partner is not a Team Titleist Member?
If your partner isn’t yet a member, no problem. They can join Team Titleist and update their profile at clicks at titleist.com/teamtitleist
How is pace of play?
In an effort to make the round as enjoyable as possible, we will be implementing a strict pace-of-play policy. Please be mindful of your pace of play and always keep up with the group in front of you. Marshalls will be onsite monitoring pace and will kindly ask you to move ahead if you are behind.
What is not included?
Airfare and travel are not included in the price. Meals and additional activities outside of the schedule of events are not included as well.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are considered final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend or need to cancel for any other reason after payment is collected, please email TT@Titleist.com to provide notice, and we will seek to facilitate the transfer of your purchase to another individual, with the aim of providing a refund to you, less a 5% processing fee. In the event that we are unable to facilitate such transfer, no refund will be provided.
Are guests permitted?
This is a golfer’s only event. Additional guests and spectators are not permitted.
What accommodations are available?
The Tree Farm has on-site cabins situdated on the course. Each cabin featgures 8 single rooms and two double-occupancy rooms. All on a first-come, first serve basis.
Perched above the clubhouse, the Crow’s Nest offers four single beds in a shared, comfortable space with private locker room access — ideal accommodations for a group of four friends.
