Hole In One

Hole In One

I was playing by myself on this day and usually I don't keep score when I do. For some odd reason I told myself I was going to play that day like a tournament and putt everything out and keep score. I started on the back nine and was playing really well and was (-2) going into par 3 #16. It was a pin in the front and wind in the face. I took a 7 iron and kept it below the wind and as soon as I hit it I knew it had a chance to go in and when it did.. I dropped my club and looked around to see if anyone was looking and there was Dave Weisenburger the Director of golf at the course and I yelled at him in his driveway to come be my witness and he agreed. The feeling I had when I seen the ball in the hole was amazing. All that I have worked for and I finally have a hole in one. I went on to shoot 67 that day!!
