Hole in One and a low round

Hole in One and a low round

Sunday, 1/25/15, I'm playing with friends at Peacock Gap Golf Club in San Rafael, CA. Even par after three, three putt the fourth green for bogey. Partner comments, "a bit of starch in the collar?" he's English. Thanks. Birdie the next and the eighth to turn in (35) one under. We get to tenth tee, partner is just beginning to swing, when two people walk off 18 "Yak, Yak, Yak...". He hits hozel rocket into the trees and is...really mad! Trying not to laugh, I hit a 50 degree to a 116 yard pin. I see it land next to pin, bounce behind the pin, then I don't see it anymore. I ask my partner, "Do you see my ball on the green?". He says, "No" thinking I'm giving him a "go" after watching his shot into the trees. "Seriously, I think it's in the hole."
He gets to the green first shaking his head meaning no, and says, "I think it's in the trap." He's almost got me, when I see the ball mark about an inch away. I can see the red number of the ProV1x from 6 feet away.
