Played my first round of the year at Connecticut National on Wednesday, March 9th and made a hole in one on the par 3 11th hole. I can't believe I now have 2 hole in ones - a few of my friends had one before me (one had 2 before I had one). I didn't see my first hole in one go in the hole because I turned away thinking it had stopped rolling, but not this time. The ball actually landed close to the pin, hopped once and went in the hole. It was really a cool feeling because my friends were more excited than I was, not that I wasn't happy, but the immediate feeling is disbelief. It's really interesting that both of my hole in ones came after I started playing Titleist exclusively. I can't see myself ever using another brand ever again! This hole in one was recorded with a Vokey SM4 48 degree and the ball was a Pro V1.
