17th hole
By George G On September 17, 2011
As i stood on the 17th tee box i new i had to hit it close, knowing my opponent was going to make birdie. a tie would lose the mach for i had to knock the 175 yard 5 iron in the hole. when i hit the ball i saw it soaring though the air at first i thought it was going into the bunker but as it came down it kick off the bunker hump then rolled right of the mound in the middle of the green and traveled right into the hole. but as i was on the tee box i had no idea where the ball had ended up because the sun was right in our eyes, i knew it was either over or a tap in birdie. as i was walking i didn't see ball on the green so i thought it was over but when i reach the green i saw the divot and notice that must be in the hole and sure enough it was. i was speechless it felt like i was floating. it was the best moment of my life. on the next tee sure enough i hit the same ball all though that hole. but i still made birdie that hole and my opponent did as well so i still lost but it felt like i really won.
i am the first 13 year old to ever make a hole in one on that course
