Went to Myrtle Beach for a golf week with a great group of friends. On our third day we were playing Heritage Club in Pawleys Island and came to the 8th hole. It was a 133 yd hole, hit my 9 iron. The ball was on line but hit about 7 yards beyond the hole and spun back, then disappeared. Our whole group went crazy and the numb feeling set in for me. I can say that was a feeling I cannot describe in words, but fortunately the rest of the round still continued to go well and was by far my best round for the entire week with the ball striking, putting and sand saves.
