My first ever ace. The first time I've really even come close. ANd I've been playing for almost 30 years. It was on hole #3 at the Naval Air Station Pax River course in Patuxent River, MD. It's a 155-yd par 3. I hit an 8-iron and knew immediately it was close. When we drove up, we saw it was in (sitting on top of the hole spacer....damn you, Covid!). It was a special moment. A special day.
