Playing Hidden Cypress Golf Club in Bluffton S.C. I scored my first hole-in-one Sept. 8, 2011. Hole #7 was playing about 146 yds. and into a slight breeze. I knew I had hit my 8 iron well and watched the ball hit near the pin and hop into the cup! When I got to the green I saw that the ball actually hit about 6 in. beyond the pin and hopped back. An added bonus to the ace was that I was playing with my brother and we got to share a special golf moment together!
