Number 11 at Hernando Oaks Golf Club has a terrace that’s divides the green in two. When the flag is in the back you can not see the cup. When I hit my shot I knew it was A solid hit and on the correct line to land in the middle of the green and hopefully slowly Roll down the terrace and stop on the green. When we drove up to the green and looked There were no balls on the green, so I began looking over the green toward the hazard in The rear. One of the other golfers said look in the hole, I was still brushing the weeds Looking for my ball. One of the players looked and didn’t say anything, just pointed Into the hole. Relief, no lost ball, no drop and chip and no double bogey. It was a good day, shot 76 and the bar tab wasn’t too bad.
